Jaypee Infratech Limited announced a private placement of 125,000,000 common shares at a price of INR 10 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 1,250,000,000 on June 21, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investors Lakshdeep Infrastructure and Holding Private Limited for 12,49,99,994 shares for INR 124,99,99,940, Sudhir V Valia for 1 share for INR 10, Raksha S. Valia for 1 share for INR 10, Sudhir Valia HUF for 1 share for INR 10, Khyati Valia for 1 share for INR 10, Shradha Panchamia for 1 share for INR 10 and Lakshdeep Investments and Finance Private Limited for 1 share for INR 10. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
