JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. decided to pay a dividend of ¥150 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31,
2023 with the aim of providing as much returns as possible to its shareholders who continued to own its
shares in the course of the share buyback and the issuer tender offer based on the resolution of the Board
of Directors' meeting held on December 21, 2022. The Record date of March 31, 2023 and Effective date of May 26, 2023.

The Company operates Fund Management business segment. The Funds are recruited from institutional investors and operating companies about once every three years.
