From March 1, 2024 to April 16, 2024, the company has repurchased 37,600 shares, representing 0.35% for ¥67.37 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 451,100 shares, representing 4.1% for ¥736.55 million under the buyback announced on April 14, 2023.
Jade Group Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale, planning and purchasing of fashion related products, mainly shoes. The electronic commerce (EC) business allows general consumers to purchase products of each brand through LOCOMALL, which is operated at shopping mall sites LOCONDO.jp, Rakuten Ichiba and Yahoo!
