ITX-AI Co Ltd, formerly ITX-M2M Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the development and sale of video security surveillance equipment. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Video Security Equipment segment mainly produces digital video recorders (DVRs), such as Internet protocol (IP) cameras, CCTV cameras and DVR boards used for recording, storage and monitoring of videos. It also produces network video recorders (NVRs) and video black boxes used in automobiles and others. The Other segment is engaged in the provision of research and development services. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
