Ite Limited Announces Resignation of Chris Yeung Kin-Hing as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and as Committee Members

ITE (Holdings) Limited announced Mr. Chris Yeung Kin-Hing has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, the member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 4 August 2020 due to his personal reason.
