Itcen Systems Co., Ltd. sold its 49.9% stake in Donghatech Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 930 million on October 29, 2013. Itcen Systems Co., Ltd. sold 24,950 shares. The transaction consideration will be paid from October 30, 2013 to December 30, 2016 in installments but the security rights have been transferred to the buyer. Board of Directors of Itcen Systems Co., Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on October 29, 2013.
