The global outlook

In the Rimini exhibition centre for Tecna 2022, over almost 40% of the pre-registered attendees are foreigners, from over 90 countries. The high percentage of international traders attending the fair confirms the appeal of the new exhibition format, inherited from previous show Tecnargilla, which is proving to be a key event for gleaning insights into the technologies on the market and developing new business opportunities. Once again this year, ICE-Agenzia has accepted Tecna's invitation to support and accompany the internationalisation of the fair, creating a highly profiled incoming buyer program.

The online booking platform for the business meetings has seen a record level of enquiries and interest, which has even lead to the addition of extra appointments for exhibitor/visitor meetings.

Themed itineraries

Tecna will be offering three new themed itineraries, forming the basis of the exhibition's layout, namely: Future Lab, Decortech, and Finishing.

Future Lab provides a unique vantage point over the Industry 4.0 world and includes, in Hall D5, the Innovation Area, the Future Arena, and the Start-Up area. The aim is to gather together the latest new ideas and inputs from the world of Industry 4.0 in order to ensure continuity with the innovative process embarked upon by the manufacturing industry, in conjunction with Bi-Rex.

Finishing creates a focus on companies that, through finishing and surface treatment processes, ensure tiles and other coverings offer stunning aesthetics in addition to functionality, upping the advantages of decorative solutions. An overview, therefore, of finishing technologies, equipment, and chemicals.

Decortech is a themed itinerary dedicated to the know-how of companies that develop the raw materials and technologies needed to guarantee tiles the best possible finish and aesthetics, bringing added value that increases the product's competitiveness.

Tecna 2022 awaits you at the Rimini exhibition centre from 27 to 30 September with the best of innovation for the tiling and coverings industry, in an extraordinary event where trade professionals will have the chance to explore specialist offerings and across-the-board solutions to their product, technology, and business needs.
