Trading of Own Shares as Treasury Stock Month: December 2015
On September 1st, 2005, in keeping with the best Corporate Governance practice, Itaúsa - Investimentos Itaú S.A. (Itaúsa) voluntarily disclosed its "Operating Rules for the Trading of Own Shares for Treasury" ("Rules").
Item 2.1.3 of the "Rules" established the obligation to make monthly disclosure of the volumes of own shares traded on stock exchanges by Itaúsa with minimum, average and maximum prices.
We wish to inform capital markets agents that the prices practiced and the volume traded by Itaúsa with respect to transactions with its own shares as treasury stock, during the month of December 2015 were as follows:

We would point out that these acquisitions relate to the share buyback program effective until May 8, 2017, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting of November 9, 2015.
