GOTHENBURG, Sweden, June 12, 2024Isofol Medical AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: ISOFOL) announces today that Magnus Hurst, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company at the beginning of September for family reasons.

Magnus Hurst has held the position as CFO on a part-time consultancy basis since January this year. During the autumn, Magnus will be going on parental leave and will therefore leave his consulting assignment in the company. Isofol is now starting a recruitment process to appoint a successor.

His strong competence in financial matters paired with his leadership and personality have added a lot of value to the company. I regret that he is leaving, but fully understand the decision to devote more time to his family," says Petter Segelman Lindqvist, Isofol's CEO.
