Inzi Display Co. Ltd. completed the acquisition of Sehwa Sk, S.R.O. from Sehwa Electronics Co., Ltd.

Inzi Display Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A037330) entered into an agreement to acquire Sehwa Sk, S.R.O. from Sehwa Electronics Co., Ltd. for KRW 8.9 billion on October 3, 2013. Sehwa Sk, S.R.O. had total assets of KRW 20.53 billion, total liabilities of KRW 10.74 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 9.79 billion, sales of KRW 47.07 billion and net income of KRW 660 million in 2012. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Inzi Display Co. Ltd. on October 3, 2013. The acquisition is expected to be completed on November 30, 2013.

In addition, it is involved in the provision of television and monitor parts, including front covers, cover middle rears, rear covers, rice cooker parts and others. The Companyâs main clients include Samsung Electronics, S-LCD, SESL and others. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
