On the occasion of its quarterly publication on Thursday evening, Intuit announced an increase in its targets for its 2023-24 financial year, now targeting non-GAAP EPS of $16.79 to $16.84, compared with the previous target range of $16.17-16.47.

It also now expects adjusted operating income of $6.36-6.38 billion (instead of $6.155-6.26 billion), and sales of $16.164-16.2 billion (instead of $15.89-16.105 billion).

For its third quarter 2023-24, the accounting and tax software publisher posted non-GAAP EPS and adjusted operating profit up 11%, to $9.88 and $3.71 billion respectively.

In terms of activity, sales were up 12% to $6.74 billion, still supported by its small business and self-employed division, whose revenues climbed 18%.
