INTRED S.P.A: CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Brescia, 17 June 2022 - Intred S.p.A. ("Intred" or the "Company"), a telecommunications operator listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana (ITD.MI) since July 2018, announces

- pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 85-bis of Consob Regulation No. 11971/99 - the new composition of the share capital resulting from the assignment of 14,800 ordinary shares following the exercise of 14,800 free assignment rights pertaining to the "2021-2023 Stock Grant Plan".

It should be noted that the shares assigned are from the capital increase resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 29 April 2021 to service the Plan itself and are therefore newly issued.

Below is the new composition of the share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) following the filing of the capital increase certificate with the competent Brescia Companies' Register yesterday, 16 June 2022:
