International Silver, Inc. is an exploration-stage company, which is engaged in searching for mineral deposits of precious metals. The Company focuses to acquire, stake claims, or lease exploration properties and conduct exploration activities in North America. The Company’s primary rights and properties are: Butte Silver Mining Project, located in the Butte Mining District of Silver Bow County, Montana consisting of approximately 380 acres of surface rights and 1,000 acres of mineral rights; Pioche Project, located in the Pioche Mining District of Lincoln County, Nevada, which consists of a block of 495 acres of unpatented Federal lode mining claims adjacent to the Prince Mine and 450 acres of unpatented Federal lode claims adjacent to the Caselton Mine; and Calico Silver Project, an exploration project, located in the Calico Mining District of San Bernardino County, California and held by unpatented Federal lode mining claims that the Company own.
