Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) signed a basic agreement to acquire Largo Corporation from Haruo Yamamoto and Masashi Ono on July 11, 2017. Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) signed an agreement to acquire Largo Corporation from Haruo Yamamoto and Masashi Ono on August 25, 2017. Interlife Holdings will acquire 0.03 million shares in Largo Corporation. Under the terms of the transaction, Haruo Yamamoto and Masashi Ono will transfer 75.1% and 24.9% stake respectively. Funds for the acquisition will be from funds on hand. As of March 2017, Largo Corporation reported net assets of ¥15 million, total assets of ¥84 million, sales of ¥42 million, operating loss of ¥73 million, and Net loss of ¥148 million. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed on September 1, 2017.
