Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) concluded a contract to acquire Grand Staff Co., Ltd from Yoshito Kunimoto for approximately ¥230 million on June 18, 2015. Interlife Holdings Co will acquire 53 shares of Grand Staff. In a related transaction, Interlife Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:1418) concluded a contract to acquire GKS Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Grand Staff Co., Ltd will operate as a subsidiary of Interlife Holdings. Grand Staff Co., Ltd reported total assets of ¥160 million, net assets of ¥88 million, sales of ¥360 million, operating profit of ¥45 million and net profit of ¥32 million during the year ending June 2014. The Board of Directors of Interlife Holdings passed a resolution for the transaction on June 18, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on June 22, 2015. The estimated advisory expenses for both the transactions amount to ¥51.85 million.
