Infraset Public Company Limited ("the Company") had allocated warrants to existing shareholders of the Company (Rights Offering) which was transacted during 24-30 March 2022 (totaling 5 business days). Number of shares derived from exercised warrants were 115,472,100 shares at exercise price of THB 2 per share. The Company received additional capital from the exercise of the warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company No. 1 (INSET-W1) in the total amount of THB 230,944,200

The Company would like to report the utilization of the funds as of 30 June 2022 as follow:
