An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire 3.15% stake in Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited (SEHK:1442) from Dato' Chan Kong Yew and Dato' Kwan Siew Deeg for HKD 78.8 million on July 8, 2021. As per the terms of the transaction, the buyer shall acquire 63 million shares in Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited at HKD 1.23 per share. As a result of the transaction, 2926 Holdings Limited will hold 67.73% stake in Infinity Logistics and Transport Ventures Limited.
