INDUS Holding AG (DB:INH) agreed to acquire 75% stake in Budde Group from Jurgen and Wolf-Eckehard Budde on January 29, 2013. Jurgen Budde, will continue to build the activities of the group as a 25% shareholder and as a Managing Director. The transaction is made under the condition precedent of merger control clearance.
Credit Suisse acted as financial advisor for Budde Group.
