We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 (1) (d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, 20th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Limited, will be held on Tuesday, 15th January 2019, inter-alia, to consider following :

  • i) Issuance of preferential basis Equity Shares to the Promoter Group by way of a Preferential Issue on private placement basis.

  • ii) Issuance of preferential basis Equity Shares to the investors other than Promoters by way of a Preferential Issue on private placement basis.

  • iii) To increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company from existing Rs.235, 10,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thirty Five Crores and Ten Lakhs only) toRs. 275,00,00,000/- (Rupees-Two Seventy Five Crores only) .

iv) To approve Issuance of Notice of 3rd Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
