TRANSFER OF EQUITY SHARES OF THE COMPANY

TO INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND (IEPF) DEMAT ACCOUNT

NOTICE is hereby given to he shareholders of the Company pursuant lo the provisions of Section 124(6) of lhe Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 fthe Rules') (as amended).

A5 per the Rules, lhe Company Is required to tran&fer all shares, In respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years or

more, to an IEPF DematAccount.

As provided under the Rules, individual notices will be sent lo he concerned shareholders al their registered address, whose shares are liable lo be transferred to the IEPF Demal Accounl. Full details of such shareholders and their shares which are due for transfer to the IEPF Demal Account are also being uploaded under "Investor Relations" section on the website of the Company,http://www.lndoramelndta.com/trensfar-of-shares·to-lepf-authority.php, which lhe concerned shareholders are requested lo refer to verify the details of their unclaimed dividend end the shares liable to be transferred lo the IEPF Demat Account. The concerned shareholders holding shares in physical form and whose shares are liable to be transferred lo lhe !EPF Demat Account may note that the Company would be Issuing new sham certlncate(s) in lieu of the ortglnat share certificate(s) held by them.After issue Cl'neYlslljire cerlificale(s). ln.&Ccmpj1 ny will lnfonm the depository by way of C<>rnoralD Action lo convon - new share certificale(s) into demat fonn and transfer the shares to IEPF DematAccount as per the Rules and consequently, the original share certiltcate(s) will automatically stand cancelled and be deemed non-negotiable The shareholders may Further note that the details ol lhe concerned shareholders uploaded by lhe Company on lls websIle should be regarded and shell be deemed adequate notica In respect of issue of duplicate share cortificale(s) by lhe Company lor1he purpose or transfer of shares lo IEPF Demal Account pursuant to the Rules. The shareholders can claim their dividend by writing to the Company I Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company, viz; MCS Share Transfer AgantLimltad and enclosing original cancelled cheque stating their name as the account holder. If tho Company does not receive any communication from the! concemod shareholders for clalmlng their unclelmed dividends on or beloro 31" July 2021, the Company shall transfer1helr shares to the IEPF Demat Account, In order to comply with the provisions of the Rules. The shareholders may please note that after the transfer of their shares lo the tEPF Demel Account, they may claim lrom the IEPF Authority both the unclaimed dividend amounl(s) and lhe shares Including all benefits accruing on such shares by making an online application in the prescrlbed Fonm tEPF-5, available on the websile,www.lepf.gov.ln and sending the physical copy of lhe same duly signed (as per the specimen signature recorded with the Company) lo the Company along with the requisite documents enumerated in Fonm IEPF-5.
