Batoclimab is a subcutaneous injection with dosing. Batoclimab is observed to reduce immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies that cause inflammation and disease. Its product candidate, batoclimab, is dosed in small volumes and with a 27-gauge needle. It is developing batoclimab for myasthenia gravis (MG), thyroid eye disease (TED), chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) and Graves’ disease (GD). Its lead product candidate IMVT-1402 has also been observed to reduce IgG antibody levels in a Phase I clinical trial conducted in healthy adults. IMVT-1402 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that inhibits FcRn.
