IGLOO Security, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A067920) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 2,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and to improve shareholder value. The share repurchase program is valid until October 11, 2017. As of April 10, 2017, the company had 10,388,848 shares in issue and had 565,147 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 1,001 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
