The Board of Directors of Iconic Worldwide Berhad has on 27 February 2024 approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 June. The financial year will commence from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a financial period of 15 months. Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall end on 30 June for each subsequent year.
The change is pursuant to the changes in the internal policy to facilitate operations and the appointment of a new auditor.
