HydrogenPro AS: Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

8 January 2021: 

HydrogenPro AS held an Extraordinary General Meeting today at 14:00 CET. A total
of 35 114 266 shares, representing 61,42% of the share capital was represented
at the Extraordinary General Meeting. All proposals were resolved as presented
in the notice convening the meeting distributed on 23 December 2020 and as
further set out in the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting attached
hereto. 
The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to carry out a share capital increase
in connection with the settlement of HydrogenPro AS' acquisition of Advanced
Surface Plating ApS. The share capital increase will be registered with the
Norwegian Register for Business Enterprises (Norwegian: Foretaksregisteret).

HydrogenPro was founded in 2013 and the Company's principal business it to
provide customised turn-key plants for large-scale production of green hydrogen
to global industrial clients. The Company's activities include design,
engineering and optimization of such plants, purchasing of parts, components and
sub-systems for integration into complete plants and systems for hydrogen
production. The activities also include commissioning and testing of such plants
before they are accepted by clients of the Company. As part of its business

smarter, sustainable and hydrogen powered future. The Company has been chosen
supplier for several important contracts within the large-scale segment of the
electrolyser market during the last couple of years and is now preparing itself
