Hurco Companies, Inc. has eliminated the employment and officer positions of Executive Vice President, International Sales/Service, effective as of January 11, 2017. As a result of the foregoing action, the employment by the company of John P. Donlon has been terminated and Mr. Donlon was removed from such office, in each case effective January 11, 2017.
Hurco Companies, Inc. is an international, industrial technology company. The Company designs, manufactures, and sells computerized (such as Computer Numeric Control (CNC)) machine tools, consisting primarily of vertical machining centers (mills) and turning centers (lathes), to companies in the metal cutting industry through a worldwide sales, service, and distribution network.
