Foshan Keba New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Co., Ltd announced that it will raise CNY 100 million in an equity round of funding from returning investor Hunan Corun New Energy Co., Ltd on November 19, 2021. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company in its 13th meeting of the seventh board of directors. Post transaction the company?s capital will increase from CNY 100 million to CNY 200 million.
HUNAN CORUN NEW ENERGY CO., LTD. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of energy saving and new energy vehicle core components. The Company operates its businesses through five segments, including Nickel Products segment, Power Battery segment, Consumer Battery segment, Hybrid Powertrain System segment and Hybrid Electric Vehicle Demonstration Operation segment. The Company is also engaged in the operation of trading business for its products.
