THE MEDIPHARM CO.,Ltd. (KOSE:A118000) agreed to acquire 17.19% stake in INFOMARK Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A175140) from THE MEDIPHARM CO.,Ltd. (KOSE:A118000) for KRW 22 billion on July 4, 2023. As of July 17, 2023 THE MEDIPHARM CO.,Ltd. (KOSE:A118000) board approved the transaction. Transaction is expected to close on July 17, 2023. Transaction is expected to close on August 18, 2023. As of September 20, 2023 Transaction is expected to close on October 26, 2023. As of October 26, 2023 Transaction is expected to close on November 17, 2023. As on November 17, 2023, the transaction is expected to close on January 19, 2024.
