On March 1, 2019, Cannell Capital LLC disclosed that it has sent a notice letter delivered to the Hudson Global, Inc on February 25, 2019. The letter nominates 5 candidates for election at the Company’s 2019 annual meeting. Cannell Capital added that it may engage in any of the actions specified in Items 4(a) through 4(j) to the Schedule 13D general instructions.
