On January 6, 2021, Michael Simon resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of HubSpot, Inc. and as chair of the compensation committee of the Board, effective January 11, 2021. Mr. Simon's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant's operations, policies, or practices.
HubSpot, Inc. provides a customer platform that helps businesses connect and grow.
