Hubei Heyuan Gas Co.,Ltd. approved final cash dividend on A shares of CNY 1.00000000 per 10 shares (tax included) for 2021 at the annual general meeting of 2021 held on May 13, 2022. Net cash dividend/10 shares after tax is CNY 0.90000000 (CNY 1.00000000- CNY 0.10000000). The dividend is payable on 1 June 2022 with record date of 31 May 2022 and ex-date of 1 June 2022.
