Hubei Heyuan Gas Co.,Ltd. announced election of Li Xinyi, Li Jipeng, Ning Hongyang, Sun Fei and Chen Ming as non-independent directors; Xiang Guangming, Li Guoji and Yuan Youlu as independent directors; and Liu Weifang as non-employee supervisors at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 16, 2021.
Hubei Heyuan Gas Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of various types of gases, as well as industrial exhaust gas recovery and recycling businesses. The Company provides three types of products, including ordinary gas, specialty gas and clean energy. The Company's main gas products include medical oxygen, industrial oxygen, food nitrogen, industrial nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium, liquefied natural gas, carbon dioxide, acetylene, propane and various mixed gases.
