SZ Capital signed a share transfer framework agreement to acquire 18.94% stake in Huaxun Fangzhou Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000687) from China Communication Techonlogy Co.,Ltd. for approximately CNY 860 million on July 30, 2019. SZ Capital will acquire 145 million shares for CNY 5.94 each.
