Hor Kew Corporation Limited announced that upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which had reviewed the qualifications and experience of Mr. Hawazi bin Daipi as set out below, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Hawazi bin Daipi as Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director, member of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
