CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors of Hor Kew Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Benjamin Aw Chi-Ken, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Nominating Committee of the Company.
Following the above change, the composition of the Nominating Committee is as follows:
