Hope Well Capital Corp. announced that Bill Hong Ye has resigned from the board of directors to focus on other opportunities. Subsequent to his resignation the board of directors now consists of Sheldon Kales, Pei Wei Ni and Judith Hong Wilkin, and subject To Approve the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), Sheldon Kales will take the roles of CEO and CFO of HWCC, as well as the role of Secretary of HWCC replacing Judith Hong Wilkin. HWCC's audit committee has also been reconstituted to be comprised of Sheldon Kales, Pei Wei Ni and Judith Hong Wilkin.

Forward Water Technologies Corp, formerly Hope Well Capital Corp, is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in commercialization of its forward osmosis technology. The Company's technology allows manufacturing operations to clean their wastewater that would otherwise require overpriced disposal. Its technology also enables the reclamation of up to 90% of the waste as clean water and the return of this valuable resource to the environment. It helps to reduce the volumes of waste steams having high levels of dissolved salts while at the same time return fresh water for re-use or surface release. It utilizes an automated and engineering skid, capable of treating cubic meters of feed sources from client-based streams. These trials enable an array of process optimization conditions to be tested for client feedback. These results can be readily translated into equipment designs, leading to the deployment of larger-scale commercial pilot units.
