The Board of Directors of Hong Fok Corporation Limited announced that Mr. Lim Jun Xiong Steven has been appointed as an independent director of the company with effect from July 25, 2014. He will also be appointed as chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nominating Committee.
