Holmen Aktiebolag (publ) announced that Magnus Hall, President and CEO, has informed the board of his wish to resign. The board has appointed Henrik Sjölund, currently CEO of the business area Holmen Paper, to be his successor. Magnus Hall remains CEO until the AGM April 8, 2014.
Henrik Sjölund will take up the position April 9, 2014. The Board has also appointed Anders Jernhall, CFO, to Executive Vice President in Holmen from February 12 2014.
