Holding Coop Yug AD (Holding Coop-Yug AD-Sofia or Holding Koop Iug AD) is a Bulgaria-based holding company that is principally engaged in the acquisition, management and sale of shares in Bulgarian and foreign companies. It is also engaged in the sale of patents, and financing the companies in which the Holding Coop Yug AD has its interests. The Holding specializes in the restructuring and management of its subsidiaries, the establishment of new subsidiaries, as well as the investment in and financing of other enterprises in which it is a shareholder. Holding Coop Yug AD has shares in a number of companies, active in different business sectors, including diversified trading and distributing, the food processing industry and the real estate operations industry. The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary, Koop-Yug Komers OOD.
