G1230 Educational Institute Co. Ltd. and TCS Korea Co., Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire 33.65% stake in PSMC CO., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A024850) from F&T Co., Ltd., Kang Dae-gyun, Kim Hyun-seok, Kim Yun-jeong, Jeong Dong-soo, and Lee Seung-han for KRW 23 billion on April 21, 2021. As a part of the transaction, G1230 Educational Institute will acquire 8.78 million shares and TCS Korea will acquire 4.68 million shares. The payment mode is maid in two different tranches, down payment of KRW 2.3 billion on April 21, 2021 and the remaining balance of KRW 20.7 billion will be paid on June 11, 2021. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 11, 2021. As of June 10, 2021, The transaction is expected to be completed by July 7, 20201.
