Himalaya Technologies, Inc. (OTCPK:HMLA) signed a purchase agreement to acquire assets of Business Media Solutions, Inc. for $0.28 million on October 28, 2022. The consideration includes $0.12 million cash due on closing by November 30, 2022, subject to extension, promissory notes of $0.07 million due January 1, 2023 and $0.075 million due January 1, 2024, and a $0.015 million performance based earnout.

It has one wholly owned subsidiary, KANAB CORP. and has one investment, Peer to Peer Network, Inc. (PTOP). Its subsidiary, KANAB CORP., is a development stage company targeting information services for the cannabis industry using its social site Kanab.Club (https://kanab.club/). It does not offer e-commerce services at this time or touch the cannabis plant.
