Meet Ronald Wang, a guest service agent at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. Ronald goes above and beyond to secure our guests' loyalty each and every day.

With a special knack for guest interaction and his deep understanding of our HHonors program, Ronald helps register about 60 guests per month into our loyalty program. He is diligent about ensuring the best customer experience - offering upgrades whenever possible and making sure his guests had an enjoyable stay upon check out.

Ronald also tackles loyalty by impressing guests with his incredible service - especially when they need it most. When a guest recently forgot his passport in Shanghai and couldn't check in to the hotel, Ronald swiftly took care of the issue and made him feel comfortable in the meantime. Coordinating with the police station, immigration office and the guest's employer, Ronald successfully secured a temporary stay certificate that enabled the guest to check in. The guest was so pleased with Ronald's service that he pledged to visit the hotel again in the near future.
