Meet Paul Liu, Concierge Supervisor at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Beijing. Paul consistently inspires guests and fellow Team Members with his positive spirit and enthusiasm for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.

Recently, a group of guests forgot their passports at the hotel in their rush to get to the airport. Paul immediately located the important documents and drove them to the airport. He also communicated closely with airport authorities to ensure a smooth and efficient handoff to the guests.

Paul saved the day - and the guests' travel plans - by delivering the passports just in time. The guests were so moved by Paul's actions that they emailed the hotels' GM to express their appreciation and promised their loyalty to the hotel when they return to Beijing.
