NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS ON THE CHANGE

OF DATE OF GENERAL MEETING RECORD OF DEPOSITORS

APPLICABLE FOR THE 11TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Shareholders of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad (Hibiscus Petroleum or the Company),

The Notice of the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company dated 29 October 2021 is referred.

In view of the announcement made by the Federal Territories Minister for public holiday on 3 December 2021 for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan, the "Date of General Meeting Record of Depositors" will consequently be amended to 6 December 2021 (instead of 3 December 2021, as originally published). As such, only Depositors whose names appear on such Record of Depositors on 6 December 2021 shall be entitled to attend, speak (in the form of real time submission of typed texts) and vote via Remote Participation and Voting at the 11th AGM.

Save for the amendment on the Date of General Meeting Record of Depositors, all other information contained in the Notice of the 11th AGM, Form of Proxy and our Administrative Guide remain unchanged.
