Webhelp signed an agreement to acquire H&M customer service center in Nuremberg on October 19, 2022. As part of the agreement, the 500 employees received a continued employment guarantee for at least two years under the same conditions. The transaction is still subject to the approval of the responsible authorities. Dirk Velten, Alexander Euchner, Yannik Badde, Christoph Eppinger and Florian Seizer of Ebner Stolz advised with financial and tax aspects of the transaction. As on December 1, 2022, The transaction is the responsible authorities have officially approved the transfer.
