Helvetia Holding AG announced that on June 5, 2014 it named Volker Steck CEO of Helvetia Germany. Steck will join the company on October 1, 2014 and will take over management of Helvetia's German business January 1, 2015. Steck previously worked as Managing Director of i-surance GmbH.
He will replace acting CEO Wolfram Wrabetz, who will retire on March 31, 2015.
