Minwise Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A214180) signed a stock sales contract to acquire additional 15.3% stake in Bio Eleven Co., Ltd. from Hecto Co., Ltd for KRW 15.6 billion on May 26, 2021. Minwise will acquire 0.36 million shares and issue 0.82 million shares as consideration. As at December 31, 2020, Bio Eleven had total assets of KRW 361.8 billion and total equity of KRW 241.5 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2020, Bio Eleven had revenues of KRW 170.9 billion and net income of KRW 29.3 billion. The expected acquisition date is May 26, 2021.
