An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 21.4% stake in Mediogen co.Ltd. from Minwise Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A214180) for KRW 19 billion on December 24, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Minwise Co., Ltd sold 1.1 million shares of Mediogen co.Ltd., while the receipt of down payment of 20% of total deal value as KRW 3.79 billion will be made on December 24, 2019, the second receipt of intermediate plating of 30% of deal value as KRW 5.68 billion will be made on January 10, 2020, and the receipt of balance of 50% of deal value as KRW 9.48 billion will be made on January 21, 2020. Board of Minwise Co., Ltd approved the transaction on December 24, 2019.
