The Board of Directors of HC Surgical Specialists Limited announced that the Company and its associated company, Total Orthopaedics Pte. Ltd. ("TOPL") have incorporated a joint venture company in Singapore known as HC Orthopaedics & Surgical Centre Pte. Ltd. ("HCOS") on 1 June 2023 with a total issued and paid-up capital of SGD 2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares at SGD 1.00 each.

The Company and TOPL subscribed to 1 share each in HCOS.
