Harte Hanks, Inc. elected Genni Combes as Board nominees, each to serve until the company's 2024 annual meeting of stockholders or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 23, 2023.

The Company operates through three segments: Marketing Services; Customer Care, and Fulfillment & Logistics Services. Fulfillment & Logistics segment consists of mail and product fulfillment and logistics services.
