Employees from Harley-Davidson sites across the U.S. helped raise nearly $1.3 million during the 2018 United Way Campaign, but money was not the only way employees contributed.

Kicking off the campaign in Milwaukee, over 500 employees packed 1,600 kits for families in need. These 'Family Engagement' kits included craft supplies and games for kids served by United Way programs. More than 245 employees also dug in to help harvest fresh produce at the Hunger Task Force Farm located near Milwaukee, WI and over 2,000 volunteer hours were logged during the campaign.

Through the generous efforts of Harley-Davison employees across the U.S., hundreds of thousands of people will have the opportunity to develop tools and knowledge to lead healthy, successful and happy lives. Thank you to the employees and retirees who gave. The donations, along with The Harley-Davidson Foundation's match, will provide many people in surrounding counties with hope by supporting education, financial stability and medical care.
